Thread: Players Pre-Player Point Mall

If you joined us before the advent of the Player Point Mall and are playing a character that has Player Point expenditures on it that were NOT purchased through the new mall you need to take the following steps!

1) Figure up what items/XP/approvals on your character sheet were purchased using Player Points.

2) Send an e-mail to st@myworldofdarkness.com with this detailed list entitled "Character Sheet Player Points".

3) ST's will review this, then I will award to your account the appropriate number of Player Points.

4) You will receive an e-mail from me telling you they are on your account.

5) You MUST then go to the Player Point Mall and purchase the appropriate items/XP/approvals.

Our Character Auditors will be going over all sheets and comparing them to the logs from the Player Point Mall, discrepancies will be found. We will be working with players to fix these issues and we do have records of how much was earned/purchased but not necessarily how it was all spent and broken down on every character before the Mall.

This project is a big one, it will take some time to get accomplished, your assistance is vital to helping us smooth this problem out. If you get an e-mail from the Auditors asking about things in relation to this, please answer them as quickly as possible and help us to get this all fixed.
