As with any new company, things change as we grow and find what works, what doesn't work, and what needs to work differently.

Previously our policy has been that if you 'lose' your character within 6 months of having purchased/earned Player Points for that character, we would refund you half back.

After much deliberation we have decided to eliminate this policy.

The new policy that will be in place is simpler and easier for us to track.

We will refund 1/2 of Player Points Purchased/Earned within the last 30 days prior to Character Death.

This will affect very little in the game as the rule has rarely been implemented and we feel it is in the best interest of the company to make this change.
