Thread: MGP Organization Structure

As a business, we have a structure and a job layout. I thought it would be good to share this with our Customers/Members so you can all see who is doing what jobs, get an idea of what jobs are not filled yet and a general idea of what is going on!

The way this structure works is that any job/post not filled is "held from above" by the next person in the line up to it, until it reaches the Executive Level, finally ending up on my desk as Executive Director.

Positions will be filled as we grow and this will change as time goes on, but the structure of the Business will remain the same.
