Thread: Complaints / Issues / Questions - The Right Way

The Proper protocol for asking a question on a game mechanic/rule is to send the question to st@myworldofdarkness.com. You can expect a 24 hour turn around to note we have it and depending on the complexity it may take longer for an answer.

Do NOT ask rules questions via the Chat on non-game nights. This is only acceptable during scheduled game hours when the Staff is on duty and the question is relevant to the current game situation. (NOTE: This is for RULES questions, general game questions are normally fine if the Staff member is open to it, but also remember, they are volunteers and should be respected as such if they want to not be on duty, answering questions at that moment, or perhaps are playing their own characters.)

If you have a complaint about any aspect of MGP, this should be directed to our Division of Qualifications officer (listed on the Staff list referenced above.) It is this officers job to make sure that our products are meeting the high standards set by our Executive Team and they will be happy to make sure your question or complaint is answered.
