Thread: New Arrival (Attn: Ventrue Primogen)

Éamon pulls up in front of the theatre in his Mercedes, as he places the vehicle in park he looks around and sees the Nissan parked out front.

When did Rolf get a car? Oh well not important, let us hope he figured out the projector this time.

He gets out of the car straightening his suit then removing his tie and throwing it into the passenger seat. He is clearly of Irish decent. He is of a medium build about 6 foot tall, short red hair and dressed in a black suit and a blue shirt with a white collar and cuffs.

As he walks into the theatre he turns around and looks back at the car hitting the button on the remote to lock the doors and activate the alarm. As the lights flash he turns around and yells, "Rolf, This time make sure you are ready to switch the reels."

Then he walks into the theatre and walks to the front row, he starts to take a seat as does a double take spotting the woman in the middle row. He turns and begins walking to the middle row as he yells, "Rolf, Hold the film it appears we have a guest."

As he approaches he extends his hand, "Good evening Miss, I am Éamon ó Briain is there something I can assist you with?"

The screen went black and the lights went dim. A man comes into the theatre. He is obviously of importance. She watched him as he went to the front row. He turned around and looked at her.

As he approached she stands and when he extends his hand she does the same and shakes his hand, "Hello, I was told last night to come here if I wanted to find the Ventrue Primogen." she releases his hand. "I'm sorry where are my manners? My name is Sonya Northaine."

Éamon smiles at her statement, "A pleasure to meet you Ms. Northaine. May I ask who was it that informed you to seek out the Ventrue Primogen in this place? Perhaps a better question is why are you searching for the Ventrue Primogen?"

Éamon takes a step back and gives her the once over while he waits for a reply not saying a word.

Look at how she dresses and the way she speaks. She cannot possibly be of the kings, or perhaps she is newly embraced. But if that were the case where is her sire?

Maharet follows Eamon out of the car and into the theatre and into the viewing room and sees him in conversation witha stanger lady walks up and waits to be acknowlaged and introduced

She studies him for a secound wondering if he's the right person to be talking about this to. 'Well, he looks important and he is taking notice that i'm wanting information about the Ventrue Primogen. I can see he's being cautious about it too. Well, I guess i'll find out.'

She smiles back and then nervously looks down as if ashamed, "Well honestly, I don't know who he was, but only that he told me my real father was of Ventrue Clan. I have only met him once when I was very little and even then he did not tell me his name. I have never heard of any of this until 24 hours ago. He had also said he was keeping a promise to my real father that on my 20th birthday, which was a 2 weeks ago, this was supposed to happen." Great, one of her nervous habits-- talking too much. Chastising herself mentally, she looks at her feet and suddenly hears someone come into the room. She looks up and behind him to see a woman come into the viewing room.

"Oh, I almost forgot," She reachs into her jacket pocket and hands him a small piece of notepad paper, "I found this on my adoptive father's desk when I awoke."

'Go to Arcadia Theatre in Lamar and you will find your Primogen.'

She watches his face as he reads the small peice of paper and states, "So here I am..." she pauses nervously and studies his face some more waiting for a response, while hoping at the same time, that she didn't just give this information to the wrong person.

Éamon unfolds the paper, and glances down at it before returning his attention to Sonya, a look of displeasure dons his face, "Ms. Northaine where are you from exactly? Around here if one embraces another without the approval of certain people it means certain death for themselves as well as the newly embrace. Not to mention the failure to educate ones progeny is an unforgivable crime as well."

Éamon pauses for a moment as he contemplates the rest of her rambling, "So you are 20 years and two weeks old, 24 hours undead. I am the Primogen that you seek so you have nothing to fear from me, the prince on the other hand we shall see. I am sure he will tolerate your presence for the time being. However seeing as how you are newly embraced and left flapping in the wind, I believe that it would be prudent that we seek him out and request that you be placed under my accounting until such time as you are properly educated. As Ms. De Erros can attest, your education will not be a simple or quick task. It is arduous and time consuming."

Éamon turns to Maharet, "Ms. De Erros, This means that your final test shall come earlier than expected so that you may be re-acknowledged."

Éamon stops for a moment as he realized that he has failed to introduce them, "My apologies ladies, Ms. Sonya Northaine meet Ms. Maharet De Erros."

maharet nods and gives a quick kiss on miss northaine`s right cheek "welcome to our city miss northaine"and backs up and to the right of Eamon.

Sonya smiles at the woman after receiving a kiss on the cheek, but flinches when Eamon points out the fact that she could possibly be killed. She looks at him terrified, "I'm from Fayetteville, Arkansas not too far, about an hour to 2 hours from here near the Univerity of Arkansas."

Sonya tries to relax a little. 'Ok noted, need to learn as much as I can.' She braces herself for what he might say after her response and is relieved to find out she was at least talking to the right person and also that she wasn't alone in this situation.

After hearing his response and he politely introduces the woman to his right, she smiles happily, "It's nice to meet you, Maharet." Sonya shakes her hand and turns back to Eamon, "If you don't mind me asking... Is there anything I should know before meeting the Prince? I hate being unprepared and I'm ready and willing to learn whatever you need to teach me." She smiles politely at Eamon and Maharet patiently waiting for their responses.

'I really like these two. To the point and interesting. I wonder, how much is there to possibly learn? I'll do whatever it takes to learn and not be a burden. I, after all, like this new life already.'
