As you all enter Lazarus will be sitting at the top of the stage in one of the thrown chairs. He will wait for those to here to get settled and then he will arise in his black suit. He stands and steps to a podium adjusts the microphone a little and will begin to speak.

"For those that do not know me I am Lazarus Arch of the clan Ventrue. For the last month or so I have been your Seneschal. This is changing effective immediately. I am now your Prince."

He will continue going even though there or those talking also. He will search the crowd trying to look at every one who is here at least once.

"Former Prince Maddalena has stepped down from this position placing the sole weight of this onto my self. I accept this position with the blessing of your Primogen. A meeting was called on the night of Feb 21 1 AM where I seized control of Praxis.

This city is in rough shape to say the least. It is time as kindred we step up and make the efforts to become better then what we are. It is our responsibility to the city to become better and this is what I expect from my city.

I have much compassion for this city and its members. I have now taken on the Father role of this city however, No matter how much a father loves his children if they screw up they must be punished. Keep this in mind for this is the founding statement of my Praxis. I will not be the push over nor will I be the Tyrant. Although just like any I possess these qualities, I will only be fair to this city, this city that has give so much already. I will praise and punish alike.

If the Primogen council would grant me the honor of keeping Lydia as the Harpy. This is your choice to make how ever but she has yet to fail this city as harpy.

These are my official edicts of rule.

My first Edict as the Praxis holder. Nothing is to be done to Maddalena. She is to be left alone. If someone in this city goes against my word on this Final death will follow your actions.

My second Edict. ALL Independents that are hiding in the clans of the Camarilla WILL announce them selve's to me and there Primogen in privet. If the individual does not step forward and announce him self, and is found later to not be of the clan of claim, The individual will be put to death.

My Third Edict. This place we are in will become a KINDRED ONLY ELYSIUM. This is where all Court Appointments will be held and all court business. My office is top floor on the right.

As I said that I bring Praise and punishment all like I will do so to prove that I am not all Talk.

The night of Feb. 20 around 9pm Clan Brujah was informed about a HH manufacture. This drug is like Meth but 30 times more addictive and completely fatally after a few times of use. They found the individual known as the Chemist and the shop was closed down in their domain.

Congratulations to the Brujah for its Efforts in cleaning this city up and making it one step better for all of us.

Also thank you to those that helped with the traitor business. I was not around at the time of this event so I can not speak much about it. But thank you for it.

Next Is status updates
I can not thank the support of the Primogen enough. I do hope that this can bridge any gaps that way may have.

Amanda, Kendov, Malcom, JTM, and Mr. Van Zant Will all be awarded the Status of Influential In this city.

Col. Benjamin Walker my Sheriff will be awarded a promotional status to "General" of this City.

Cocteau Will be awarded the status of "Esteemed".

Let it be known in this City that I am a compassionate leader and I will lead with an Iron Fist as needed.
