Christian stepped out of the car and nodded politely to the man who greeted him. He straightened his Armani and checked his tie. "Thank you so much for saying so. I assume the others are inside?" He smiled warmly to the man, he felt bad that anyone should be kept in such a service. Sure Christian had ghouls but they had all been willing to help him, they were like part of the family. This man on the other hand was forced into servitude so he felt he must take some mercy on him and strike up some polite conversation. It was the only human thing to do.

"This must be a rather boring post I would suppose?" He chuckled warmly, his perfect accent dripping from his tongue like honey as usual as he tried his hardest to engage the poor slave in conversation. His right hand idly went to his left as he waited for a response and twirled the band of black metal that rested on his wedded finger.

"No Sir, Massa has me greetin' all them nice folks who come in through here and makin' sure theys all comfortable. It's much betta than some duties I's had afore." He smiles a big grin. "Theys got some of the city folks inside; Mr. Cross. Yous expected, I wish ya luck in the cards tonight, you'll be needin' it cause Massa is pretty mean when it comes to poka."

Christian smiled warmly at the man and politely slipped a twenty dollar bill into the front pocket of his coat. "For the advice." He winked at the man before continuing into Bacchus. He walked past whomever might greet him further and into the heart of the club looking around calmly for Mr. Cahill. He promptly took out a cigarette from his pocket and lit it before taking a long drag. Though he could no longer feel the effects of the nicotine it was a long since habit from his living days that he simply couldn't give up. He also thought it played into his British modern fop look as well as the ladies seemed to like it. He smiled to himself as he became lost in thought over how much Colette would have like to have been here in order to wear a cocktail dress and schmooze.

Azrael, wearing his traditional garb of gothic clothing, complete with black nail polish, walks straight up to the front door man and silently awaits for the door to be opened or a question to be asked. A small smirk of a smile is visible in the corner of his mouth as if awaiting some sort of mischief.

Sabre arrives shortly after and exits his vehicle and walks up to the place wearing his usual jogging pants and sleeveless hoodie, though there was something different about his hoodie, across the back was the symbol for Anarchy painted in red on the back. He completely ignores the greeting at the door and walks right in, ignoring anyone else along the way until he makes it to the second floor.

"Evenin' sir, come in... yous expected." He holds the door open for you. "Just up 'em stairs, everyone is just startin' to arrive."

Upstairs Chrsitan will see a variety of indivduals mingling in various clusters. Prince Cahill, a skinny copper haired gentleman dresed in a suit and tie (complete with old dixie tie pin) is talking with Calhoun, the Seneschal. Calhoun appears as non-descript as ever and his clothing matches that same non-descript style. With them is a tall man with wide shoulders and white blonde hair and striking blue eyes. He is attractive in that rugid sort of way and while Cross won't immediately recognize him by appearance, Azrael and other city members know him to be Alec Voss... the Keeper of Elysium.

Sitting at a corner booth, dressed to the nines is a circle of three that is unmistakably the harpies of the city. Angelica Kesington is a slender woman with flowing waves of creamy brown hair and bright sparkling eyes. Her make-up job tonight makes her appear to be at the height of her bloom... no older than 20 years old. To her right is the city's loudest virtual mouth, Larry... or as he's commonly called: Lounge Lizard Larry... the lowest in the minor harpy pecking order. Larry is dressed in a designer label royal purple three piece suit with a rainbow colored tie. To Angelica's left is the debonaire Robert Cass. Robert's three piece dark gray on black suit is the image of somber composure and class. Handsome beyond words he literally is the kindred of Lamar's own sandy haired "mcdreamy" Brad Pitt type. It was once said of Cass that he inspired lust in even those dead who were centuries past the age of even pretending they could.

The last circle of three who are grouped closely together and talking amongst themselves, all number on the Primogen council. Meeks, of clan Nosferatu, is taking no pains to hide his clan's particular flaw; he's a gnarled and twisted fellow who is wearing a stained (but clean for once) beige trench coat and on his head is a (also freshly laundered) St. Louis Cardinals ball cap. His narrow eyes, which immediately look towards the stairs as you appear, have blisters all around them.

To Meeks' right is someone Azrael knows quite well, Primogen Kalnor of Clan Tremere. Kalnor appears unassuming with his small height and wider girth, dark blonde hair and brown eyes all framed in by features that harken to aristocratic Britian... but Azrael knows better and that this particular apprentice out ranks every other one under the Regent of Lamar if only because his political prowess is only outdone by his mastery of Blood Thaumatergy. Of course, no one other than the Tremere know that... to everyone else he's the portly, friendly face of whoever is incharge behind the Tremere's velvet curtin of secrets.

On Meeks' left stands the face of the Ventrue power base in Lamar... Primogen Gregory Osgood the third. It's not secret who the Osgood family is, if you read the papers at all; industry barons of the area and self made millionaires... it's quite likely that several of the people coming tonight are here on favors they now owe to Osgood who could easily bank roll the entire game on what may be in his pockets. Tall and slender, dark hair and wire rimmed glasses that are designed by the very same high end designer that the suit he's wearing tonight... the only thing he doesn't have tonight that you normally see him with: some high society bimbo who he's probably snacking on when the cameras aren't flashing.

As you enter, eyes will drift towards each of you in turn and take in your appearance. No one immediately goes out of their way to welcome Azrael... however, Cross does get a nod from the circle of primogen and even a finger held slightly aloft, invitation to join the group gesture, from Primogen Kalnor.

Immediately upon seeing Sabre, Cahill's voice booms... "What in Sam Hill's name do you think you're doin' here!?" Cahill looks fit to blow a gasket. "I want you out of here this very minute."

Calhoun crosses the room quickly, walking towards Sabre, all the while his face is serene and unshaken. In a tone that only Sabre would hear without the benefit of heighten senses hearing being used (or joining Calhoun uninvited) "I think it was a poor decision for you to come here Sabre. Please, take your leave now before Prince Cahill makes any decisions that I'd regret having to carry out."

Sabre quirks his brow at Cahill's out burst and then again at Calhoun's comment and says out loud, "You mean to tell me, after attending everyone of these card games that has ever taken place, I'm no longer welcome? Just because I made a choice not to be anyone's lackey anymore? Fine, if that's how you want it, I'll go." He mock spits in Cahill's direction, then looks at Calhoun a second before turning to leave.

Constantino's car pulls up and is let out. He waits for the doorman to open the door, and doesn't acknowledge him as he walks by and heads up the stairs. As he arrives in the private room he pauses and smiles. He steps to the side to get out of Sabre's way. He is dressed in a suit as usual, but it is not the normal black that everyone has become familiar with. Instead it is a white Zoot Suite. A deep purple fedora covers his bald head, and its all tied together with a matching tie. He removes his hat and nods to various individuals around the room as he pulls a roll of hundred's from his pocket.
