A man stands in the doorway. He appears to be in his late twenties. Handsomly dressed in a black siut, cut in 50ies fasion, He looks around with inquisitive blue eyes, a lock falling from his hair in front of his right eye. A smile curls his lips and he takes a few steps into the atrium, a black cane with silver knob in his right hand.

Lydia walks in the Atrium wearing a short black dress. On the way to her office to do some work before heading out for a night out on the town she sees someone she has never met.
Walking over to him she smiles at him "hello. I don't believe we have met. I am Lydia Bates, Harpy of this great City, and you are?"
The stranger turns to the new arrived person and answers with a deep voice: "Hello. It is a pleasure to meet you." He offers a little bow "I arrived not long ago in this city from a long abscence. Excuse me if I'm not too familiar with socials here."
The stranger gives a little smile "My apologies, My Lady; I'm Ephraim de Motte. And yes, once I knew the city once. But it changed rather drastically since I left, I'm afraid." He looks around "Well; some things never change, I believe"
"A pleasure to meet you then Mr. de Motte." Looking around "Yes alot has changed recently. Some for the good, Some not so good."
Lydia smiles at Boone. "Hello there. I think you must be following me. Everywhere I turn you are there. or is it that you know you have Clansmen around?"
Turning to Ephraim "what clan are you?"
Seeing the new arrival he turns to Boone
"Ah, Mr Boone, it is a pleasure to meet you" offers a bow to the man. "I hope you are fine? I am glad we found each other. I made a new acquaintance here" extends his hand to Lydia "most delightful."
