Thread: Calling the Primogen

JTM picks up his cell seeing that its Lydia. Sounds of heavy things being dragged around are heard on the other end of the phone.

"Sup, Lydia. (slam) I'm busy getting stuff atm. This load aint easy or light either. . After that, I'm on it. Umm...where we meeting him at? (slam) Can I hit him back after I get this shipment delivered? (slam) I thought this was high priority number one for me. Is that cool? (slam) If I need to. I can buzz him. Thanks for (slam) the 411. I gotta jet now. Catch ya on the flip Lydia."

A door opens and a vehicle starts up in the background, not JTM's bike. A door slams and then JTM realizes he hasn't hit the end button on his phone. He hits the gas to keep the vehicle running.

"Oh crap. Dammit. (vroom) Oh yeah can you get the word out, that is your job now right? (vroom) Guess what, Lydia? The shipment will be at Walker's warehouse for pick up later on down the road. (vroom) Can you spread the word on that. Thanks for that, Lydia. I may buzz others to fill em in. Yes, Walker's cool with it too. (vroom) I double checked that. Now I'm on to my next pick up. Got anything else to say on that?"

He waits for her reply trying to hear her over the noisy vehicle.

"My job is to spread the word of the Prince. If you wish for me to do this task for you it would be a minor inconvenience, but it could be done. As for anything else, No I don't have anything else to say to you."

She hangs up the phone.

JTM gets pissed that she hung up on him like Sabre once did, hitting the steering wheel and accidentally honking the horn rattling the vehicle somewhat.

“You goddamn bitch, Lydia!!! Who the fuck do you think you are!!! Ok two can play this game.”

He texts her back not wanting to speak to her in his angered state.

Guess what, Lydia. You need a megaphone to speak louder. I couldn’t hear you over the vehicle. I’ll make sure to get you one. i'll bring it with me the next time we meet. As for helping me out with this one thing I hoped you might do. If it’s a minor inconvenience, then I’ll pass on that and do this myself. Thanks for fucking nothing Lydia. Have a nice night!!! He lowers the volume on the phone in case she hits him back.

"I’ll deal with her later since I'm so fucking busy right now. The city's counting on me right now."

He drives off knowing he could text and drive, but now Lydia is a minor inconvenience to him, so he doesn’t bother.

"Fucking make her wait this time. See how she likes it for a change."

Stan pulls out his phone and listens to the message when he gets back to his haven. He puts the phone down and looks to the bookshelf, pulling out a large binder crammed full of notebook paper. He dials a number as he opens the note book on the desk. Turning on the speaker phone he sets the phone down beside the notebook. Once he gets to Ash he picks up the phone turning off the speaker phone.

“Sir you wished to speak with me, would you care to meet somewhere?”
