Laughter is the best medicine (Attn: Amanda, Any) Nov 17, 2009
*She walks into the Atruim, looks around and pulls out her phone to send a text to Amanda.*
Amanda darling, would you be so kind to meet me tonight at the Atrium? There are things I wish to discuss with you that may benifit our clan.
-Lady Angelique Sarah-Maude
*She finds a seat, puts her leather gucci bag on the ground then waits.*
Amanda received a text from Lady Angelique while she was downtown at the Bacchus. Amanda took a deep breath and rolled her eyes. Suppose it wouldn't be bad before I introduce her.
Reply: I am a distance away. I will be there as soon as I can.
Amanda finished her glass of wine as she attempted to wind back down. She finished and left a decent size tip, even for her own standards. Amanda then walked to her car which was about three blocks away. She drove with the music loud to drain everything out.
Amanda parked abd approached the museum, flattened out her skirt and walked silently in. Walking up with stealth seemed to be her new hobby. Amanda looked at Lady Angelique up and down. Quite a style and nice bag.
"Yes, I suppose. It would be reasonable for us to skip certain formalities."
Amanda sat down on the gestured seat. "Thank you. I was planning on visiting you this evening. I believe it is time we get you acknowledged. I do have an issue with this though. Do you have an idea what it could be?"
Amanda's face was stern as she shuffled in her seat. She stared at Lady Angelique expecting more. "Do you deny the Prince's attention to you?" She said simply. Waiting for chosen words.
"Dear, please, let's not speak in riddles. If you want to ask me something, come out and ask. We are, after all, in a place where we can speak freely are we not?"
Amanda took a deep breath to calm her frustration, "As an elder I respect you, naturally. So I ask you to respect me, as a primogen, and not tell me how to speak. You are still asking me to be apart of this city. Which seems to be something you have forgotten. So due to the negative attention caused by you and your conversation with the Prince. I am going to ask you for a Minor Boon. In order for you to be Acknowledge."
*She laughs a little bit (not rudely) as she looks Amanda in the eyes.*
"I am not telling you how to speak, I am just saying that I do not know what you are thinking. It would be easier if you just told me what was on your mind, than for you to ask me questions I may not understand."
*Her smile fades as she looks at Amanda.*
"A minor boon for you to introduce me to the Prince so that I may be acknowledged? Really? And tell me dear, how did I so inconvenience you that you feel I should owe you a boon?"

Reason: taking Amanda's comments out
The Colonel enters the Atrium wearing his regular garb: jeans and black boots, a loose-fitting navy-blue shirt, and a light jacket. His beard is trimmed, yet his hair is short and wild. His mind is on his duties, but when he spies the two Toreador, they instantly shift. He smiles at them; they seem to be in mid-conversation. He takes a seat a respectful distance away from them.
