(In the vampire only secure area of Elysium Maddalena will leave notice that she will be temporarily hosting office hours here in the Elysium every Tuesday night (unless Kathy has to do something for school) from 7pm to 10pm.) The notice reads as follows

Ladies and Gentlemen of all Clans,
After the chaos that ensued this past weekend I have seen just how much of a disaster the chain of command and information delivery is in this city. I do not lay blame at any single foot. I did not expect flawlessness. However, this is a situation that needs to be rectified NOW. I expect each Clan representative to meet with their Clan and determine what it is that they want from the city and what it is that they freely offer to the city. (OOC: I want to know what you expect from your court and what you will offer in way of resources, influences, etc without any discussion or request needed) Once that is decided, I expect each representative to come to me for a meeting, feel free to bring all those you represent or to come alone. I expect this to be done in a timely manner. You have until October 8th, 2009 to complete your meeting with me. During this meeting I will also inform you of who you are to report to for certain situations. Obviously there will, at times, be extenuating circumstances. However, there WILL be a standing chain of command and reporting. Also, I will expect a contact number for every Primogen AND Whip for each Clan. The sooner this is done, the better for all involved. That means everyone.
Also during the times that I will be holding office hours, any member of the city may feel free to come to me to speak on ANY topic. Outside of office hours all business, aside from emergencies, must come through your representative. There will be repercussions if this is ignored.
I will be available on Tuesdays from 7pm to 10pm for office hours. I look forward to meeting all of you. Primogen, Whips, move quickly, do not dissapoint me in this matter.
