Renata stands at the window in the VIP room waiting for Otto to show up, standing in the room is,Gustavo. He stands and watches everything going on..making sure Renata is ok through the night. Fitzpatrick is standing at a distance in case she is needed.

Renata sees Otto as he stops at the guard...she makes her way to the door. Opening it up she says to the guard " It's ok, I've been expecting Mr. Otto." She looks over at Otto " Please, come up and join me at the table."

Otto smiles and joins Renata at the table giving a pleasant smile to Gustavo even though he has not met the man before. Otto sits only after Renata does, and even pulls the chair out for her depending on how liberated she is.

Glancing around the area "So this is how the other half live" he smiles to Renata "I hope you are having a good evening" he starts with pleasantries.

Renata gives Otto a slight smile allowing him to pull the chair out for her. She looks up at him and then back at Gustavo " Oh, this is Gustavo he is watching over me for the night." She then looks at Gustavo " As I explained earlier, this is Otto."

Looking back to Otto with a very small smile " Things are fine tonight. Would you like some wine?" She stands and pours herself and if Otto accepts she will pour him a glass as well.( I hope things are going well for you as well." Sitting back down at the table.

She leans back in her chair while holding her glass of wine in hand, the other smoothing out her less than formal black dress (( http://www.edressme.com/84226.html ))." So we have some business to tend to. Would you like to get started?" Renata leans forward to the table, sitting up straighter. She looks up at Otto as she takes a sip of her wine.

Otto stands when Renata stands and accepts the wine genially, after all, it is the polite thing to do. He feigns sniffing at it slightly and checking it for bouquet before setting the glass down on the table. It would appear he is old enough to 'not' actually have a stomach for real food any longer.

Otto seems to debate more pleasantries, but decides getting to business is probably in order.

"Certainly, I was not sure if you were one to keep up with the local news, but something they call it a serial murderer is on the lose, targeting the infirm and the young. As a concerned citizen I was planning to look into it, and I was not sure if you were in need of a diversion. I understand a woman of your standing may have other obligations, but I thought it would be polite of me to ask if you would like to join me in this endeavor." From his tone, it would seem Otto looks at 'finding a violent criminal' as a form of thrill seeking behavior and possibly more shocking... a probably as close to a Date as he is likely to manage.

The empathic will also note a softeness in his eyes when he mentions the targets, it would appear he also holds to his Bloods feelings towards the down trodden.

Renata sits quietly as Otto speaks then leaning in some " I don't normally go out hunting down serial killers and don't plan on starting anytime soon.. but I do possess a talent that could help you learn how an individual died... perhaps even finding out who the killer is.." Renata pauses " of course I need access to the body. Would you be able to get the body for me?"

Otto leans in conspiratorially, though it is evidant this wasn't the bend he was going to take he answers "I see hm, I don't know...the FBI are the ones calling the shot, and I'm not sure I could do it... not at least on the up and up. How is your acting ability? And how much time do you need and how .. out of the ordinary do you need to be near the body?"

Renata gives Otto a smirk then leans back in the chair " I'm not about to interact directly with the FBI as that would bring the wrath of the Archons down on me but," Renata pauses to take a sip of her wine..." it was my understanding that the Nosferatu had access to most every building in the city via their tunnels or at least they did in New York. Isn't there some way to access the morgue that way too?" Renata slips her hand back to the back of her neck for a second..then placing the kerchief on the back of her neck. She moves her hair back over her shoulder and places the kerchief in her lap. With a slight chuckle "As for how my powers work..." she smiles. "I can look into the eyes of any dead man... kindred or corpse... and know all his secrets." She stares deep into Otto's eyes with a serious look on her face for a full three heartbeats.


Renata then laughs, "You didn't actually think I was going to tell you the truth about how my powers work, did you?" She puts a finger to her lip thoughtfully, "Well, then again... maybe I am telling you the truth." Renata stares back at Otto..awaiting his reply.

Otto closes his eyes and fidgets when you try to look into them, well he does once you tell him you can see all his secrets, it would seem he is one of those people who actually trusts what people tell him. "I admit, I take people at their word until they teach me different." he fidgets.

"Well, there is access to buildings and there is access to buildings. And I honestly don't really know much about the stuff you do..." he scratches his chin, a few hms and mhs later and he seems at a loss.

"I beg your pardon if I came off as wanting to know any of your secrets, it wasn't my intention... I just need to know if we get ourselves into the room if you need to wave bones around or something like that. I figure I can get us into the room easy enough, but most likely there will be picture cameras. So if you have to strip down to your bloomers and do some kind of dance and smoke and stuff, well, it would be nice to know ahead of time is all" he hms some more, and one more mhs before settling back down for a moment.

"Ah, maybe this isn't a good idea, you are a classy dame and I'm a working stiff." he stands "Anyway... I'll give you a call on the squaker once I find out if I can get access to the bodies" he seems a bit shaken for some reason, probably all the talk about bloomers. Probably not though, it just could be that Otto isn't a fan of playing with dead things. He gets up and looks like he plans to leave in some haste.

Renata looks up at Otto with a giggle " I look forward to your phone call as well as working with you very soon." Renata stands with her glass of wine in hand and walks over to the window. She still keeps her attention on Otto as she stands at the window.
