Thread: Searching (12-05-09; Attn All)

Lydia sitting in the corner with her back to the wall, watches as Kalie enters the bar. Smiling and nodding she then takes a drink and sets it on the table. Watching to see what Kalie's next move is.

For many minutes it seems the kine hold her interest as she occassionally takes a drink of her beer. Then her eyes drift upward into the VIP section of the bar. She doesn't see anyone and her shoulder fall heavily as does her gaze for a few moments before she looks around the club again.

This time her eyes take in Lydia in the corner. The corners of her lips curl up slightly and she brings the bottle to her mouth once more.

As Kalie looks to the VIP section Lydia glances up there and then back. Noticing what looks to be disappointment on Kalie's face she frowns a bit.

Realizing her drink is empty she motions for the waitress to come over and orders another drink for herself and one for Kalie.
With a smile she asks the waitress to see if Kalie would like to join her.

The waitress moves back to the bar and places the order. Getting the drinks she moves first to Kalie and offers her the new bottle with the message. Kalie seems to thank the woman and pushes herself away from the bar to make her way in that direction.

Massimo strolls into Indigo with a grace and fluidity that defied explanation. Dressed in a pair of Black Jeans and a Dark Green Button up shirt, which was rolled up to his elbow while it was unbuttoned just enough so that a hint of his dark brown hair peeked over his undershirt. Tonight the club seemed to have quite a few more patrons than other nights.

He walks up to the bar a few stools over from the spot Kalie had been standing and orders a Double Bourbon on the rocks and a beer. After paying and tipping the man he walked up to the same table he had occupied the previous night and began to drink his bourbon. He looked a little more distracted than other nights. He simply sits at the table scanning the room for anyone he feels he could occupy his time with for a few hours.

Kalie sees Massimo and recongizes him from court. Altering her course slightly she approaches a group of young adults. Most of them step away to allow her to pass by until she comes to the man sitting down at the table with a group of girls. He doesn't seem unduly surprised by her approach, but his attention obviously turns to her. She leans over to whisper something in his ear and slips him some money. The boy nods and Kalie walks away from him.

By this time, Massimo has taken a seat and Kalie moves to his table.

"Greetings. I do not believe we have officially meet, I am Kalie."

As Kalie approaches the table he sees her intent to join and stands before she makes it to the table.

Massimo extends his hand and when she raises her hand he kisses it lightly on the knuckles with his eyes fixed on hers and says,

{[ Alluring Voice ]}

"It is a pleasure to meet you Kalie. I am Massimo Amadore of the Rose. How fares the night to one such as you?"

"It fairs well, thank you. I am of the Learned. Would you care to join me? I was just on my way to join our most influencial member of our society. Would you care to join me? I would be happy to introduce you if you have not met her before tonight."
