Thread: Leaving on a Jet Plane (Brazil Proxy Players)

After reading the text Lydia gets ready and goes to the warehouse. Walking in she is wearing jeans and a black shirt with boots. She lays her gun on the table. "This is all I have. I hope it is enough."
She nods to Benjamin and waits.

"Hello, Lydia. I believe some more equipment should be arriving shortly."

Ash arrives with a large duffel bag slung over one shoulder. He is wearing pretty much the same outfit as Benjamin.

"Lydia. Benjamin. It's good to see you all. I wonder how many are actually going to show?"

"I'm not sure, Ash. I don't have Corin's new number, and could really care less. I won't trust her to be in any group I'm in, unless I absolutely have to."

A.J. walks in dressed in black head to toe. From his t-shirt and jeans to his combat boots and trenchcoat. He's carrying a long duffel bag, which anyone could assume holds his swords and stakes. He nods to Ash, Lydia and The Colonel respectfully but says nothing, his demeanor is obviously all focus.

Lydia smiles as Ash walks in. She walks over and hugs him. Looking over as AJ walks in. "AJ, you must learn to smile. We will either all die or we will win the war. Either way being grumpy is no way to be" Lydia giggles a bit.

Text to The Colonel from Emma:

Got an extra set of hands willing and able.

Will claim I sent him - wishes to remain an unknown.

A.J. smiles at Lydia and walks over and sets a hand on her shoulder as a friend would and says, "You would be focused like this, if you were stuck with the ones I am stuck with."

JTM arrives at Walker’s warehouse. He is in a very rustic white panel van, window rolled down, listening to this theme music coming from his van. He’s humming along to it.

Following him into the warehouse are two more white rustic panel vans, Logan driving one and Marzanna Dragomir (MD) driving the other. He honks the horn to get their attention, leaning out to speak to Walker.

“Sup Walker. We’re here with the shipment as promised. I need some space to park the vans and get all this gear out with some demonstrations if that’s cool. Would over there be fine?”

He points to a good space in the back of the warehouse guiding his van train there to park. He motions his hand out the window for the other vans to stop behind him. He gets out of his van watching Logan and MD do the same. He slides open the panel on the van and opens the back doors. Inside the vans are several plain cardboard boxes of various sizes, some wooden gun crates, other items not boxed up (too big to fit in a box), hay bales, and in JTM’s van, his saddlebags and one very noticeable HUGE RED box.

“Ok, Logan, MD. We need to (chuckling) dump our loads. Stack the boxes over there if you could and be extra careful with that (pauses adding) please. Rock on.”

He points to a spot for boxes to be stacked. He walks over to the non- van group doing his usual nod and Sup greet to each one of them in turn.

“So is this it? Do you guys and of course lady wanna text em that the shipment is here or should I do that? I don’t want it be a (sarcastically said) minor inconvenience either.

His light bulb kicks in.

“Oooohhh (very happy smiling JTM face like a kid in a candy store) I’ve got another surprise for you Walker if that’s cool. A full JTM demonstration of how all this gear works for those that need combat, firearms or jungle survival training. So where should I set up the hay bales for that? Over there perhaps? (points to a separated spot) Don’t worry about the po-po showing up either.. They’ve been taken care of. Something about a disturbance elsewhere to keep em busy while we do this. (chuckling)”

“You might want to bolster you willpower for this one so people don’t get out of control beforehand. Turn off the amped up hearing toothat i know some people have unless you really want to be deaf. It’s gonna get loud in here. You might need these just in case. He unballs his fist to show many unused orange earplugs. Go ahead feel free to take em. Part of the shipment. I’d hate to see them go ape shit here too.Not wanting things to get too out of hand, but some people need to be instructed and prepped on how to use this stuff. Easier here for the masses than me training em individually..catch my drift? Of course, that’s totally up to you. I’m just saying you know. Just doing my job as usual.”
