Thread: Investigating collapse, Eagle Hunting ( attn st, Mackenzie, Kendov and Eric )

he follows quietly to erics car sitting in the back seat folding his hands in his lap as he watched the street scenery pass by

Mackenzie follow out to Eric's car and gets in the passenger seat. She is quiet as they drive through town.

Eric pulls out his cell phone and dials a number into it. He lifts it to his ear and says " Hello Mrs. Fitzpatrick this is Eric. I was wondering if I you could talk to the officers and see that they would have a good meal away from the Hotel collapse site? A couple of friends and I are looking into it and would not want interruptions... Thank you so much and call me if you need help yourself..." He hangs up the phone and drives in the direction of the site. " So have either of you done any archaeolgical digging or similar style of structured digging?" He waits for either of their response as he drives to the site. He will pull up to the site and look around getting the lay of the land.

( waiting for response to question from you two before I describe the scene.)

" i dont usually need to dig into the earth and anything bigger than finding the occasional vein of ore that had shown itself in the mountains while i was mortal was too hard at that time

Mackenzie shakes her head slowly at the question. "No, I haven't. But I'm willing to learn. Just tell me what I need to know."

"No problem. I just don't want to damage anything that may be a clue. Have either of you seen a sinkhole before? If not, we can cover that as we go."

They pull up to the collapse site. Most investigation has been done all that remains is the barriers to keep people from trespassing and to keep looters out as well. Off to the side, sits a car with a familar face of Emma Fitzpatrick. For those looking close enough, she looks slightly sad.

Eric gets out of the car and nods to Emma as he walks around to the trunk of his old, well-kept, 80's caddy. He opens the trunks and starts to get out supplies.

kendov sighs getting out of the car "starting to feel old " he mumbles stopping for a moment to stretch and loosen up incase there is a problem hes needed for.

" will miss fitzpatrick just be looking out while we are inside or will she be joining us ?"

Mackenzie chuckles softly, hearing Kendov's mumbling. Her chuckle stops short when she gets out of the car, her movements reminding her body of earlier lessons. She absentmindedly runs a hand across her stomach and back before towards the back of the vehicle. She nods in Emma's direction as she heads to the back of Eric's car, peering into the trunk.
