A.J. walks in to Eternal Echoes nervously. He'd never taken up any hobbies before and he felt uncomfortable doing so now of all times. He felt like he should be out scouring the city looking for Malcolm or any other vagrants that shouldn't be in Lamar, but, he knew if he immersed himself into his job, he would eventually lose himself completely.
He walks to the front desk and says, "I have an appointment, should be under A.J. Forsythe."
Lenore, the receptionist, smiles and checks her appointment-book. "Yep, here you are, cher. Let me just ring back. One second." She presses the intercom button. "Corin, AJ is here. He's got an appointment. Okay to send him back?" She smiles at AJ. "Mind if I ask as to what the occasion is?"
A.J. offers her a smile, at the same time wondering how it was that Lenore could always make him smile even in his worst moods. He says, "I am going to be learning to play an instrument. Now that I do not have the need to travel as much, I figured a hobby to keep me from immersing myself into my work."
AJ walks down the hall to the double doors he would recognize from the time he visited Cocteau here, but the doors are different. Instead of a rose twisting around a guitar, he see's the form of a lion carrying a rose in it's mouth.
A.J. walks down the hall admiring the art work change. Though his face didn't show it, because it was void of emotion, he was relieved to be there. He knocks softly on the office door and waits for Corin to respond.

Reason: forgot to add something.
As AJ comes in he will see a large office, there is a desk in the far back corner, and Corin is sitting behind it. There are several instruments in the room, and five bookshelves filled with books on the history of music in every category possible, instruments, composers, Opera's...
Corin looks up as the door opens and looks at AJ.
"Glad to see you made it. Please sit down."
She gestures to a seat in front of the desk, then finishes up some paperwork, waiting for AJ to take a seat. Once AJ sits she looks up at him, her emerald green eyes focused on his.
"Have you thought more about what you want to learn to play?"
A.J. doesn't smile when he steps in to the office. Anyone who has seen him regularly since the night Eric died would know he hasn't smiled at all since that night. He takes the seat across from her and is quiet while she finishes with her paperwork.
It's only when she asks him if he'd given anymore thought to instruments he might want to learn that he speaks. He says casually, "I was thinking either Bass Guitar or Drums."
