Otto shakes his head politely "I'm fine for now, thank you" for those with any empathy it is obvious he is not one to indulge in 'eating' mortal food of any kind.

The fact that he glanced around to see if others were indulging anywhere before answering gives some weight to the idea he may consider seeing what is offered later. Like a good party goer, he is not interested in breaking the first seal.

"No winners or losers....ah, but that is half the fun, seeing how others react to loss or the unexpected...though I suppose this place as alot of nice things, no reason to take chances"

Romeo looks like he is about to say something but then stops.

"Well i would hope that in the presence of such nice things that people would be able to control themselves. Its such a shame that we live in an age where people appreciation of another persons property is lacking. "

Massimo strolls into the Galerie and makes his way saying hello to those gathered when he sees Miranda. He gives her a small smile and a wink before making his way over to the bar and pours himself a Glass of Wine. He looks about the room and takes in the ambiance. As he grabs his glass he says in a whisper

"I wish you were here Mirella but i hope that i get to see you soon. May the new year be fruitful and within it i can see your beautiful features once again."

With that he takes a drink and glances around the room at the revelry transpiring.

Otto gives a slight nod to Romeo "Still, to me it is worse to attack another person then to accidentally break something..... I'm not into fine art, so it may seem vulgar, but just about anything can be replaced...Not so much with someones life... Still, it's about ushering the new year in with a Hoot, a Whistle and just a little bit of letting loose"

Miranda smiles and lifts her hand in greeting to Massimo when he enters, she catches his eye and nods to the couches for him to join her when he is ready, after that she leaves him his privacy.

To the two gentleman next to her she smiles and placates, "It's alright, monsieurs. No one is breaking anything, it was just a phrase." Turning to Romeo, "I know myself and some of the other ladies of the city have been most eager to learn more about you." The corner of her mouth tugs up in a grin, "Perhaps you'll regale me with a little story from your past, something to get to know you."

Lydia enters wearing http://www.edressme.com/evening-ab86014l.html# . Reaching the bottom of the stair case she sees she has arrived late and the party started. Smiling as she walks over to Miranda "I am so sorry for arriving so late, I do hope you forgive my manners"

Miranda excuses herself for a moment to rise and greet Lydia. Slipping the bracelet on the other woman's wrist she leans in to whisper, "You look stunning in that dress." Taking a step back she smiles brightly and motions to the room, "No no, dear, the party is just getting started you are not late at all."

She takes the other woman's arm and leads her to where the small group is sitting. I believe Romeo was about to tell us a little about himself, seeing as we are all quite taken with him." A little grin accompanies the words.

Constantino enters the galerie wearing a white tux and top hat, with black gloves and a cane. He smiles slightly as he descends the stairs to the private party. Upon seeing the host in that dress he grins devilishly. "Ms. Montrieve, thank you for inviting me. You look smashing, as always." He allows the charm to be placed on his wrist and makes his way to a seat where he studies it a bit more closely before looking up and acknowledging the other attendees.

Smiling "Thank you. You look lovely. "
Walking arm in arm with her over to the group. "Hello." Grinning "So Romeo is going to grant us a story? how interesting"
