Thread: Making Things Right (attn: Corin) 7/29/10

A.J. frowns as he sits at the table. Saddened by the question and says quietly, "I thought you would be happy for us."

Corin looks at Keela and then to Christina, then her eyes return to Aj.

"There are things best left unsaid."

Keela stands and nods to A.J. and Corin, then promptly exits the room. A.J. looks at Corin and asks, "Would you sit down? I asked you here for a good reason tonight, not because of the engagement."

Corin looks at Christina, then moves to sit down, and waits for Christina to sit.

Bows to the host and nods sitting close to Corin

Corin places her hand on Christina's shoulder, smiling at her, then turns her attention to Aj.

"What is it you have to say?"

A.J. looks at Christina and then to Corin. It was apparent he was going to have to do this in front of her childe instead of alone. In the end, it didn't matter who was present or how it was done, just as long as it was done. He looks into Corin's eyes and says, "I know I have been a first class jerk lately. I have not been myself at all. I do not even recognize the person I have become. So, I have to ask, how can I make things right by you?"

She looks at Aj, her stare seems a bit cold.

"You asked her to marry you...does she know about Xavier?"
