Thread: picking up the pieces(ashonly)

The door is open and as Maharet enters Ash looks up.

"Good evening, Maharet. I am glad you could stop by. I have your pieces in the back. Give me a moment to get them."

With that Ash gets up and goes to the back of the shop to retrieve the two pieces.
Coming back he has a small bundle in his hand and the large piece is on a dolly.

"Here you are." Ash will then open the bundles on each piece so that it can be seen.

Maharet looks the pices over " there exquised Mr winters and just like i thought they would be as i have said before you work is the best ihave ever seen . and now for your payment as we agreed

Lydia walks downstairs humming to herself and looking happy. Happier than she had been in a very long time. At the bottom of the steps she hears voices and stops to listen. Coming around the corner she sees Maharet talking with Ash. She walks over to Ash and smiles at Maharet "How lovely, we have company. Ash you should have called up to me I would have been here sooner. Nice of you to stop by Maharet. What are you up to this evening?" Lydia smiles.

Madam lydia allways a pleasure to see you i`m picking up these two pices and motions to the big statue and the smaller statue on the table .

Lydia looks at the two pieces of art work. "Yes they are lovely. Ash is very creative isn't he!" Lydia walks over to get a closer look "Where are you going to put these?"

Ash watches the women chatting.

"As for payment...unless you don't mind Lydia sitting in we should probably schedule another night for you to come share your information with me."

Lydia smiles at Ash and Maharet "don't let me keep you. I have some business to attend to anyway. I'll be back later." She starts humming again as she leaves
