Thread: Off to see the wizard. (Attn: Ash Winters)

The young woman looks the gentleman over before asking, "May I tell him what business you wish to speak with him about, Mr. Greyson?"

She then waits for an answer.

Phillip puts one hand into his picket and produces a printout of some sort. He hands it to the young woman.

And says, "I am interested in buying this marvelous sculpture; I must say, Mr. Winters works magic, I have never ken its like before. I also have other private business to discuss with him about a mutual friend of ours."

He takes the printout back from the woman, smiling at her cordially.

The young woman smiles courteously and then steps into the studio proper. "Mr. Winters, there is a gentleman here to see you. He says he is interested in..." A look of distaste crosses her face before she continues. "your newest piece."

A voice from the other room says, "Ginelle, I know you do not approve, perhaps this gentleman will remove it from you prescence and you will not have to look on it any more. Please see him in will you?"

The young lady turned back to Phillip, "Mr. Winters will see you. He is just in the next room through this door." She then steps out of the way.

Phillip smiles and nods at the woman, "Thank you miss."

He turns to the door, opens it, and walks in. He smiles brightly at Ash, and walks up to him, saying, "I want to shake the hand of the man that created that exquisite piece of art." Phillip extends his hand to Ash.

During the handshake he says, "I have to inquire, where did you get you're inspiration? It reminds me so much of my life. I just have to own it!" he smiles letting go of Ash's hand.

His eyes have a crazed, manic look, though his face seems to be legitimately intrigued, and awaiting the answer to that question.

Ash is taken aback by the manic light in the man's eyes before him and quickly breaks the hand shake and takes a step back. He then looks at the piece the gentleman is refering to and a small shudder runs through his body.

"I would rather not speak on the inspiration for that piece. I can see that you are most interested in it though. I don't think that I got your name though."

Ash stands away from the gentleman a bit and waits.

Phillip blinks and smiles, the crazed looks in his eyes gone. Looking up at Ash and says, "Oh, where are my manners? Pardon me. My name is Phillip Greyson. As your wonderful assistent has already mentioned, I am here to acquire that fine piece of art," he points at the sculpture, "and to talk to you about possibly getting an audience with Mr. Cahill."

Ash sits back on his stool.

"Ah, Mr. Greyson, one of the Moon I believe? I believe that I can help you on both points. First on the matter of a meeting with Mr. Cahill, a trivial boon should allow me to secure a meeting time with him. To what do you wish to address with him so that I may let him know ahead of time?"

Ash looks over at the grisly display that Phillip is so eager to purchase, "On that matter I think an offer from you first would be appropriate. Just how badly do you wish to own it?"

Phillip listens to Ash as he speaks, watching him with odd fascination.

"Child of the moon? I suppose, I like to think of myself as member of a large family... sons and daughters of Malkov. Stan is the leader of our family here."

He seems to pause and nod his head silently. "A trivial boon it is. I would like to talk to him about possibly offering funds to the town council of Riverside to improve it for its citizenry, and consequently my family."

He looks at the sculture. Bites his lip. "Hmmm... How about a Minor Boon and 15 thousand dollars?"

Ash nods to the offer of the boon, "I will set up a meeting with Mr. Cahill for a few evenings from now. Please make sure you register your boon with the Harpy."

Ash looks over to the piece they are discussing and ponders the offer. "Double the cash offer and include the boon and we can call it even."
