The Debut of "Webs" (Attn Any: April 20 2010)

slows to a crawl as it barely avoids scraping the ground pulling into the Kitty Kat Klub parking lot. Once off the street though, the engine revs and flames momentarily shoot from its tailpipes as it pulls into a parking space at an angle. The driver makes sure to take up two places so he doesn't risk having some drunken fool scratch his custom paint job.

Moments after the car comes to a stop the driver's side door comes open and a boot hits the ground. Out steps a man dressed in a white t-shirt under a black leather jacket. He has faded blue jeans with a hole in the back pocket, and a wallet on a chain can be seen trying to escape the Levi's. The man's black boots are scuffed on the toes and mostly hidden under the cuff of the jeans. The man himself stands approximately six feet tall, with wide shoulders and an obviously muscular build. His hair is a dark color and has enough product in it that is shines in the neon glow of the parking lot. The man's jaw line is squared and dons a five o'clock shadow. The gear-head's steely blue eyes are determined and vigilant as he slams his door and walks briskly to the passenger side.

Opening the passenger side door, he reaches in with his left hand and moments later drags something out of the seat and casts it to the ground. The victim is obviously a woman who has seen better days. Her dirty blond hair is greasy and unkempt and she wears a mini skirt and fishnet stockings. One could assume she is a woman of the night. She gets up and takes a swing at the man who quickly dodges and gives her a little shove. Finally realizing its not worth the trouble the woman progresses in the direction she was pushed. She hobbles along on one high-heeled shoe as the man mutters and shuts the door. "Fucking whore, any idea how much its gonna cost me to get the lipstick out of that upholstery..."

The gear-head locks the car after tucking a wrench into his boot and makes his way into the club. He orders two beers to meet the clubs minimum purchase and takes a seat at a table near the stage. The beers sit and begin to go flat on the table he has kicked his feet up on as he watches the girls do their work, with one eye always on the door.

Jano walks in and nodes as he orders, being picky he ask for the ones in the back, then tips well for the extra. then proceds to take the seat nerest the Emergency exit.

As time goes by he sips on his beer and watches, as if waiting for the real show to start.

Having told JTM that she would patrol in the Pit while he was gone, Corin had been walking a while when she comes upon the Kitty Kat Klub. Deciding to rest a bit she walks into the strip club, then looks around. When she see's Jano she walks over and sits next to him.

"Fancy seeing you here Jano."

She looks over and smiles at him, then when the waitress comes over Corin orders a beer. Looking around the bar she looks to see who in the bar is drinking, or even breathing. She notices a man sitting near the stage who doesn't look like he is breathing, and watches him.

The newcomer looks around once Corin enters the bar. Women with her looks rarely come into dives like this, although the higher class strip clubs probably see plenty. Pulling his feet down from the table where they had been perched he glanced over at her after she had been staring at him for a while. With a slight inclination of his head and wry smile he gestured for her to join him.

Corin smiles at the man, looks down at the table, then back at him. She picks up her beer bottle, nods to Jano, then moves over to the newcomer. She takes a drink of her beer, and sets the bottle down on his table. She looks into his eyes for a moment, then down at the empty chair and back into his eyes.

Jano finishes off the first bottle the pocets it, He watches the interaction of Corin and the *New* guy, smileing he leans back in his seat to look out the front door, makeing sure he could cover both exits if need be.

The gear-head looks up at Corin with a slightly confused look on his face.

"Yes, you can sit if you'd like."

He waits for her to make up her mind. Then he asks the question that is sure to get him hit. "So what is a girl like you doing in a place like this? Looking for a job?"

Corin sits down, and after hearing his comment she smiles.

"What? A girl like me can't come in a place like this for the scenery?"

She winks at him then takes a drink of her beer.

The gear-head looks straight ahead, watching a brunette slide down a pole upside down.

"Normally, no. Girls like you usually go to the higher class clubs when they want to look at the scenery. Here, its nothing but a bunch of girls that have pushed out one too many kids and..." He points to the girl coming out of the bathroom wiping something from her nose. "Coke fiends trying to find some guy to get them their next fix." He smiles and lifts a beer to the girl who had just powdered her nose. She looks nervous and but her head down as she slipped into the backstage area.

Corin lets out a small laugh, then turns her eyes to the brunette.

"And what kind of girl do you assume me to be?"

She takes a drink of her beer, then flashes her eyes towards him.
