Thread: Looking to "set up shop" by the Industrial Mall - 4/13/10 (ATTN: ST's, Benjamin, Kendov and Any)

Jaysin strolled down the dark semi vacant street by the Colonels Warehouse, along the way he spots a few vacant store fronts. Jaysin walks up to one and looks inside from the glass window, not really liking that one's layout Jaysin walks down abit to another vacant store.
Standing back Jaysin takes in the look, he sees a double door inbetween two lager display windows with naked mannequins half broken and thrown about. The doors are clearly labled in and out, he walks closer to look inside, liking what he sees, Jaysin writes the contact number for renting the space down in his journal.
Pulling out his cell Jaysin texts Kendov, "Can you meet me here ((XZY road)), i think i found the place for my new business/base of operations..."
Then he opens contacts and phones his lawyer about getting the papers drawn up and some extra money, a little more than what will be needed. Jaysin looking through the glass doors and display windows, stands with ideas as he surveys the vacant store.

Jaysin sees jano pass by, nod and contiue on walking, thinking to himself; Jaysin huffs silently, and grumbles "Prick, at least he could have said Hi. I'll have to make sure i speak with Mr.Ravoni later, i can't let him upset me."
Jaysin looking at the store, imagines his vision coming to life. Looking on thinking his cell phone buzzes it's a text from Kendov. Reading it Jaysin breathes a sigh of relief, even if he's really forcing stale air out. Jaysin does sense a feeling of relief, texting his Primogen back. Jaysin types, "Ok, i can handle it, once things are done and set in motion. I'll be sure to let you know my progress, and do hope we see each other soon, i might have a few questions later. Thanks, J. A. Ravencroft" hitting send he closes the cell. Jaysin then opens the phone again to read the text he also recieved from his lawyer, he'll have things and the keys by tomorrow evening. If the money is right the the lawyer states he may have the keys sooner, Jaysin quickly texts the lawyer he and his family uses, a message more or less appraising him for a speady business deal and expediting things. Closing the phone finally, Jaysin looks on one last time, knowing soon, his business will be open and hopefully flourishing. Thinking, he notes adjoing the store is a fenced in vacant lot , it resembles a medium sized garden or small fenced in playground. Only it had four trees and a small pond and had a medium sized shed. Looking more closely at the lot beside the store Jaysin noticed the side of the store had a exit that lead to the vacant lot, the only way in, was either the store or a fenced door the size of a small vehicle to fit through the small alleyway behind the store and small wooded vacant lot. Jaysins mind races to his seeing the cats he breeds having room and place for housing and selling.
