The Ravencroft Building -

1st Floor - The Little Shop of Odd - Opened 24hrs/day, 7 days a week.

2nd Floor - 6 apartments - only 4 available for rent.

3rd Floor - Penthouse Loft w/private/secured acces to Covered Roof that has an indoor pool, bar and jacuzzi. This is Jaysin Alexander Ravencrofts Home, he owns the building, and the "shop".

Basement - Large storage area with assigned storage for the apartment tenants, Jaysin's "shop" also has an area for their business. The Laundryroom where "Ms.Ruby" is most of the time when she isn't helping "Wiggy" run the "shop" during the day for the boss, Jaysin.
Be warned "Ms.Ruby" runs the basement, storage and laundryroom like she does the 2nd floor. Think "drill seargent" meets mommie dearest meets Florence Henderson, she doesn't tell you what to do and will not have anyone telling her what for. She is a great woman, just do not piss her off.


As the sun sat Jaysin was rising, getting dressed. He thought about when he was looking at this building and wanted it. Looking at his closet he found his proper attire. Jaysin slipped into a dark green silk shirt, unbuttoned a few buttons. He slapped on some expensive Armani Cologne, fastened and zipped his black kakhi pants. He slipped on some black cotton socks and slid his feet in to a black pair of leather Croc's. Jaysin grabbed his wallet and slid it into his right back pocket of his kakhis, he grabbed his turquoise an cats eye ring. While tying his black leather bracelet. Jaysin then feels his face, not needing a shave he walks into the bathroom and brushes his teeth. After rinsing with mouthwash, Jaysin the brushes his short straight, shoulder length hair, not cutting it he pulls it back into an "italian" style ponytail. Loose, but tight and low, close the nape of neck. Walking back towards the main area of his loft, he thought.

Jaysin hoped the "Ad" for the 2nd story's 4 apartments were placed qickly in the newspaper, who doesn't want a nice 2 or 3 bedroom, 2 bath, all utilities and cable paid, storage and free laundry in the basement for tenants only for $600.00 a months, with a $600.00 deposit, pets ok so no deposit. No lease required it's a month to month, unless both agree on certain terms then a lease agreement could work. He does accept Section 8 housing and other assistance. The 5th apartment on the Floor belongs to an old woman named "Ms.Ruby". She is a young woman in her late 30's, she's black, a ghoul and she has lived in this apartment since she was born. "Ms.Ruby" runs the second story here in the Ravencroft Building with an iron thumb, and the laundryroom in the basement. "Ms.Ruby" is the go to person if you need assisstance with getting a leak fixed, renting an apartment or paying your rent or your laundry done, dry and ironed then hung or folded ready for you smelling fresh and clean. But she takes no shit from anyone even her master Jaysin, unless she needs her fix of vitae.

Jaysin new the 2nd story would be ok with "Ms.Ruby" in charge, but he was excited because this is "The Little Shop of Odd" first night opened. Just what he was excited about, Jaysin knew that "Wiggy" a local. "Wiggy" is a girl who's 22, she lost her hair to cancer. Through her fight and beating it, she saddly lost her hair. Jaysin helped her fight her cancer and took her shopping for wigs, he bought her one for everyday of the year. Jaysin also surprises her on her yearly birthday, the day she was told she was cancer free, with a special new wig. Its a tradition the have celebrated now for the last 6 yrs. "Wiggy" is only a mortal, she loves Jaysin and his cats. And she runs "The Little Shop of Odd" during the day with Jaysins ghoul "Ms.Ruby". "Ms.Ruby" treats "Wiggy" like her daughter, though she isn't. "Wiggy" lives in the 6th apartment of the 2nd story, in The Ravencroft Building.

Jaysin locks his door, and turns to walk downstairs to start his night. The "shop" would be open, he wanted things right.
The Little Shop of Odd was his baby, as you walk in the smell of incense, candles and aroma hits you. Dark colors contrast as the light shines from the room, to one side you se a mix of New Age occult books, a large selection of candles, some are aroma filled and some are not though they are all colourful and handmade. There is small selection of instrumental, operaic, chanting, ritual style of music CD's. There's what looks like odd items as a witch's athemae, cauldrons, and other odd looking tools. There is also diferent types of books and literature being sold, herbs. There is a small area to the left behind a curtain of strings, this is the part of "Odd" a tea and hooka lounge. Yes a Tea and Hooka longe, there is always one table that noone sits at its for "The Little Shop of Odd" hired card, palm, rune and psychic. If her sign is on she'll give you a reading for a favor, seeing as she doesn't charge. She only accepts favors her form of donations as a fee, she works only by appointment through Jaysin and only at "The Little Shop of Odd".
Other than that if someone wants to use the hooka and have tea they can, anytime. Though for a reading of the tea leaves, check and make sure she is scheduled to be there, what night and show or ask Jaysin for an appointment for a reading. Back inside the main part of "Odd" you can perused an odd mix of occult paraphenalia, buy herbs of a wide variety, grab some candles and music. Get some tea and relax, get a palm read or future told by an acclaimed psychic all before going home,

Turning the lights to fit the atmosphere, Jaysin had Ms.Ruby and Wiggy light some incense as he relaxed. This was where he'd be dealing and selling his rare cats, seeing Prism and Greystoke who had free reign lounging about her flicked the sign to show open and waited to see if anyone popped by....
