Thread: Looks to the Lady of the House **attn Maddy**

A tired looking woman in hospital scrubs stops at a nurse's station and then looks at Pius. She is obviously overworked, but dedicated to her job and so she puts on a smile an approaches him.

"Excuse me sir. You look lost, can I help you?"

he nods and looks at her. "Yes, you can and are you ok?"

looks worries at the lady.

"I was looking for someone."

The woman in scrubs smiles at Pius and shakes her head.

"Oh I'm fine, just putting in some overtime to cover an unexpected vacation. I was just getting ready to head home. Who is it you're looking for? Maybe I can help?"

"Well, I hope you have a good vacation. I am looking to Maddalena, do you know where I can find her?"

The woman laughs and she motions for Pius to follow her.

"Oh I'm not the one on vacation, I'm the one covering it."

She leads Pius through a door labeled Employees Only as she talks "Dr. Scatallia said she was expecting company. Her office is the third door on the right. If you don't mind I'm going to leave you here to find your way so I can make it home before my eyes stop being able to open."
The woman smiles good naturedly.

"Sorry, I misunderstood. Thank you so much. Very a good evening. "

Pius walks through the door and then looks for Dr. Scatallia's office. Once he finds it he will knock.

Maddalena pauses the video feed she is watching as she hears the knock at her office door. The screen shows an image of a man in standard issue hospital patient outfit, obviously agitated and talking to the empty room.

"Come in, Pius."

Pius openes the door and enters "Thank you for seeing me. I first wanted to apologize for that other night. I didn't mean to pry."

Maddalena looks up at him and motions for him to take a seat. She smiles pleasantly.

"The past is passed and we cannot dwell, not you and I. We have much more important things ahead of us, do we not? Please, have a seat and tell me what I owe this visit to?"

She pulls out a crystal wine decanter from a cabinet that is filled with blood. "Can I offer you a drink?"
