The three-level design finds inspiration in the resort spas of the 19th century and places a luxurious, well-lit indoor pool on the lower level. A nearby exercise room also encourages healthy living, while the theater at the rear of the plan delivers relaxation. A total of seven bedrooms occupy the outer parts of the plan, while a large living room, dining room, and kitchen dominate its center. The upper level suite enjoys complete privacy and great views from the exclusive balcony. On the lower level is a Recording Studio. The house is surround by a barrier of Rose bushes with a small pond in the back yard.
