Thread: Returning To JTM's Home (3/17/10 Attn Anyone)

JTM receives a text from Mackenzie:

What are you doing tonight? Is it okay if I come by?

JTM is startled by his phone getting a text.

“Who could this be? Hmmmmm…Mackenzie (chuckling) asking to stop by. I thought I told her to stop by anytime.”

He texts her back.

“Sure come on down.”

He waits patiently for her to show up drinking his Guiness.

Mackenzie smiles at the text and then stops by the liquor store to buy some gifts for JTM. She shakes her head at the "green" beer, but picks up some for the funniness of it along with some of the alcohol she has seen JTM drink. Oh, crap. It is St. Patrick's Day, isn't it? She looks down and does not have a stitch of green on. She looks around and the store has little shamrock pins. She tosses one on the counter, pays for her purchases, and heads to JTM's.

Stopping on the doorstep, she sets down the alcohol and puts the pin on the left front of her gray sweatshirt in between her collar and chest. There. I'm sure I wouldn't have heard the end to that!

Picking back up the alcohol, she knocks on the door and waits.

JTM gets up from the couch unlocking the deadbolt, opening the door.

“Sup Mackenzie. Here let me get that for ya.”

He takes the alcohol from her.

“Come on in. You know the drill. Pull up a seat.”

He looks over at the Barbie Family now.

“Oh yeah Mackenzie, some new people for you to meet, that’s mini2, mini3, and the slutty looking one there is mini4. Girls. Mackenzie. Mackenzie meet the girls."

He looks a lil upset at Barbie.

" Hey now Barbie. Don’t sass me….you and I both know it (pointing to mini4) She’s a fucking slut. Look at what she’s wearing oh uhhhh make that…. NOT wearing.” (chuckling)

He walks to his fridge stashing the beer returning to his coffee table He picks up his Guinness taking a drink.

“So what brings you down here this time Mackenzie?”

Mackenzie comes in and hands to alcohol off to JTM. She nods to the Barbie family and smiles. "Nice to meet you all." She walks over and sits down on the couch.

She shrugs. "Just wanted to say hi. Things have been crazy and I guess I wanted to see if anything was still the same."

JTM looks a lil confused at her.

“Uhhhh….Hi back at ya I guess. In the Pit its always S S D N (same shit different night) you know. Now you sure there wasn’t anything you needed or wanted Mackenzie? Most people just don’t just stop by to say hi to me either. Spill it. What’s REALLY on your mind?”

Mackenzie chuckles and shakes her head. "Okay, things seem normal enough."

She looks at him confused. "Do people really not come see you unless they want or need something? That's kinda sad, but then again maybe I'm the weird one." She shrugs.

She takes in his expression and frowns. "Am I keeping you from something else? Your text said to come on down."

“Sometimes they do, but there’s usually a party attached to it. I prefer my biz to stay biz. Some people like partying, and I’m cool with that, but with my new job complete with the fucking title. I don’t have much time to fuck around you know what I’m saying. I mean I got a lil time to chit chat with ya.”

He raises his Guinness to her.

“Sorry to be about your clan’s loss. Dunno all the specs, but man can Walker yell. To the Gangrel.”

He takes a drink putting the glass down on the coffee table.

“I also heard Walker’s new sword gets the job done quick and cleanly too. Do you guys bear any ill will towards me now since I gave the sword to Walker because of the latest Gangrel (coughing) accident?”

He looks back at her.

“No. I don’t think so, Mackenzie. People usually show up at their damn sweet time, unless they talk to Barbie first. She said I had a free night tonight. It’s St Paddy’s day after all. Nice greenery btw.”

He chuckles.
