Thread: Peace Offering (5-25 JTM's Place)

A car pulls up and Logan exits the passenger side. He pulls a large red cooler from the foot well and carries it to JTM's door. There is a piece of paper folded up under a strip of duct tape on the top of the cooler.

Logan leaves the cooler there and walks back to the car, getting in and leaving without any ado.

JTM pulls his bike up to his place wondering what the hell is there at his door, hopefully not an eviction notice. He sets the kickstand opening up his garage door pulling his bike in setting the kickstand down. He walks out the garage door shutting it behind him. He goes to the front of his door pulling off the note and picking up the cooler

This had better NOT be a bomb.

He gets his keys out unlocking his front door bringing them in. He sets the cooler down next to him near the couch, the broken coffee table and sword still in his living room.

“We got a present Barbie. Lets see what this says k.”

He opens up the note rambling off the words as he reads it.

"Sorry for the Pissy. we still good for the Vans Wednesday?"

“Hmm….let’s see what we got here, shall we Barbie?.

He opens the cooler seeing the Coronas.

“Dammit Logan you didn’t have to do that. See what your boy toy did, Barbie. Look at this. This is getting to me now. I have to straighten this mess up as painless as possible. What do you mean a sexy gift from a sexy guy? Stop that. You aint helping.”

He sets the cooler back down closing it thinking, smiling as his light bulb clicks on.

“I got the perfect idea. Watch this Barbie.”

He pulls out his cell phone texting Logan back.

Yo! You didn’t have to do this Logan. The apology and you storming out impressed me so much. We’re cool man. Shows you got heart and balls too. That’s what I want the CREW to be like more often. The vans are ready with the shipment. What say you pay the trivial debt with you driving one of the vans to the warehouse for delivery? Thanks man. I’ll give Mackenzie the heads up on that so she can take it off the books. See you soon, bro.

He sends it to Logan.

“There, how could he get mad at that let alone me screw this up?”

He puts his finger up to Barbie.

“Don’t you dare answer that!!!”

He sits on the couch relaxing watching some TV for a moment.
