Emergency Medical Services were called to this aqueduct near the corner of 35th and Cole early this morning. Robert Lowry was jogging over this bridge, when he spotted what looked like a man in the creek.

“I called 911 on my cel (phone) as soon as I realized what it was that I saw down there. Then I went down to the creek bed and waded out to him. But it was too late already.”

First responders on the scene pronounced the man DOA and have taken the body of the man, who has been identified as Tony Rodriguez, into the morgue for an autopsy.

Sources close to the family state that Mr Rodriguez had been missing for several days, but that he often spent several days at a time away from home.
