Thread: Ringing the Scourge (Att. Kendov) 03-march-2010

Cailen throws his holdall on to the motel bed, he notices the stains on the sheets as the bag bounces. He sighs and runs his fingers through his slightly matted damp hair.

Unbuttoning his shirt, he lets it slip down his shoulders and down to the floor. the vest underneath is caked with dirt and various other substances.

He checks the on-suit bathroom, after pulling the string connected to the light switch he has to wait almost four seconds before the bulb kicks in, and even when it does, it tends to flicker every ten.

The bathroom on the surface looked clean but if you got face to face with the off white faux porceline you could see the grime and grease left from the past costumers.

Back in the bedroom he removes the remainder of his clothing, his well toned body seems to glisten in the yellow, green light of his room. He finds a new cleaner vest and shorts in his holdall, putting them on then lying back on the bed.

Next to his head on the grubby bed-side table sat a telephone. he lifts the reciever and with his other hand rummages in the pile of clothes on the bed next to him before pulling out the two pieces of paper giving to him by Kendov and Droz, he places Droz's number on the table and unravels the perfect folds of Kendovs then dials.

After a long pause the phone rings

"thankyou kendov, i will. Its been a pleasure talking to you once again."

Cailen places the receiver down and contemplates the phone call to mister arch
