Amidst the slush and snow, moving trucks grind to a slow halt on the streets of "Old Town". The noonday sky offers scant heat to the city streets, but enough to begin the melting process. The back doors of the truck fly up loudly as each pair of drivers begins unloading the trucks contents. Large boxes, small boxes, office equipment and carpenters tools begin to move from truck to store....

As the day wears on, more trucks have come and gone unloading all manner of items. Those who recognise such things can see tell-tale company names like "KORG", "Zildjian" and "Ibanez". Each item makes a brief appearance in the sunlight, like a comet, only then to be swallowed by the black hole that is the front doors, flanked by the Drop clothed windows.

The electric sounds of circular saws and banging hammers rage on all day long until finally...the cacophony dies down to nothing, just as the suns rays give their final encore to the skies and night falls, bringing the cold chill of winter.

The workers finally finish their trade and begin to exit the building, a long day of hard work behind them. As the last of the finishing crew leaves, they pull down the drop cloths, revealing the newest business to Old Town, Lamar. The bars inside the windows will offer whatever earthly help they can..

"Eternal Echoes" Recording Studios...

...has been born.

An attractive man in his mid twenties, wearing a Naval Pea Coat finishes his cigarette and smiles at the blacklight sign and nods approvingly. He shakes the crew chiefs hand and hands him an overflowing envelope, crinkled around the edges of the crisp bills within.

A few moments later, the black Chevrolet Denali pulls up and into the private gated parking lot. Exiting the vehicle, Cocteau smiles and puts out the cigarette on the blacktop. He pulls forth several guitar cases from the back, receiving assistance from the man in the peacoat. The two pause under the sign as Cocteau nods in approval, as well. Taking a slow circle, Cocteau surveys the shops around him, then goes inside.

A few moments later, the speakers jutting out from the wall above the sign begin to pipe in some original classic guitar music.
