For those RPs that occur somewhere other than Lamar, Missouri or it's suburbs.
An old 50's drive-in that lies about 12 miles outside of Lamar proper. It has long since been abandoned, due to the inconvenience of location for the city-dwellers and the prevalance of movie theaters. It's about 200 yards wide and 50 long- It has an extra wide, somewhat squat screen and a small square brick building that was once the concession stand. Now, the movie projector and equipment sits covered in vines. The center of the roof has a large hole inside; a pillar of vines rests here holding an acorn from The Robin Tail Caern. Vampires are warned to keep their distance.
A throwback to the roadhouse era of the 60's-70's, this bar is a Blues roadhouse, Bayou bar, and western saloon all mashed into one. It sits in a marshy, low wood about 3 miles outside of town. The building is slightly raised on stilts for the flood season as local creeks seem to overflow. Inside, the building is spacious enough for a tiered balcony and lower level floor for tables close to the stage (which is fenced in chicken wire.) A small bar sits nestled almost against the stage in the corner- The walls are decorated in multitudes of memorobilia, some tacky and out of place. Because of it's location, It's frequented by bikers and occasionally truckers.
The Oubliette looks to be on the outside, simply a plain, unadorned building. Once inside, there are racks with different kinds of equipment, helmets, harnesses, ropes, and the like, for spelunking. After an elevator ride down, the caves open up, with a door off to the left of the chamber holding Arthur's office.
This Nightclub has a full service bar with dance floor. There is a second level that hangs over and gives a view of the dance floor that is for eating and socailizing. There are also a few small private rooms in the back. The food is good, the drinks are great, there is always a party, and as the name implies, probably some juice rumors going around.
