Theo answers the phone after only one ring.
"What's up?"
Location: Industrial Mall, at Benjamin's warehouse
Benjamin sits behind his L-shaped desk in his office, leaned back in his leather chair, twirling his phone through his fingers. He glances over at the American flag positioned in the corner of the room, remembering when the flag only held 13 stars. He leans forward, setting the phone on the desk.
He stares at it for a long time.
Finally, he removes a small card from his shirt pocket. He reads it again. He has long since memorized the number, but he keeps the card as a tactile memory of how he helped the Archon, Theo Bell.
He picks up the phone and calls him.

Theo hangs up without another word.
The phone sits silent for a few minutes, then it rings again with Theo's number.
"I got you a meet set. If you want Art, you'll have to travel though. After Xaviar he's not pissing in Carlack's post toasties again by coming here.
He's down in Brazil right now, but the invite is good, we can establish a place/day whenever you're ready."
