A Request (attn: Corin) 3/23/10
A.J. walked the beaten path into the park as part of his usual patrol route. He was thinking about the private party that he'd be throwing this weekend and how he wanted it to be something special. As he approaches the old cabin, he thinks about the night Mackenzie walked in on him and Corin and wondered just what would've happened if she hadn't.
Instead of heading down the path and bypassing the cabin, he decided to stop inside and take a moment to himself. He shut the door behind him and walked to the hammock and laid down on it. After a few moments of mulling things over, he pulls out his cell phone and sends a text message to Corin, "Would you meet me at the cabin. There is something I need to talk to you about."

A.J. looks at the message in response and his heart kind of sinks. He was hoping she would be available soon. He sends a text back to her saying, "I'll be at the cabin waiting. I think you'll like hearing what I want to talk about. I'll see you when you get here."

"It'll be a couple of hours."

He smiles as he looks at the text and sends one back.
"I'll finish my patrol of the park then and meet you at the cabin in a couple hours then."
He righted himself and stood up out of the hammock and stretched a little before heading back out into the park to finish his patrol.

She sends him a text after a couple of hours.
"I'm so sorry it's taking so long. Any chance I can get with you later?"

A.J. frowns as he looks at his cell phone. He sends a reply that says, "Just let me know when you're ready to meet and where and I'll be there."
He resumes his patrol of the park.
