Thread: Helping the Young One(Cabin. Attn: Kalie, Emma, JTM)

Kalie enters into the room looking a little worse for wear but no where as bad as a lot of others that had been out on the battlefield that night. Her skin was caked with blood and mud, as was her jeans and black t-shirt that held a hole in the center of her chest from Emma's stake.

She catches sight of Viktor and her eyes glance down to the lifeless body of JT. Walking over to Viktor she bows her head.

"My thanks for the recovery of our clansman. I was concern that he had fallen in the battle as did so many."

Viktor nods respectfully. "God was with him this night. I am glad to see he was with you, myself and Sophia as well. I do not know about the fate of our other clansmen." He stopped a moment, his face turning into a frown. "Where would you like the young one Comrade? I do not know what state he is in." He locked his eyes on Kalie's. The pain in them was apparent but he seemed to be hiding it in his features as the tragedy of the battle was finally setting in on him. His armor was stained with dried blood and his heart suddenly felt heavy as he didn't know what to feel.

There is a certain voidness in Kalie's eyes that gives them a very cold, dark look.

"I believe Cicero and Simon have fallen."

Kalie looks again at JTM judgingly. "Those wounds look bad. It will take a good deal of blood just to wake him safely. Perhaps there is a nearby cattle farm for now just place him on the floor."

"Sister Sophia is well?"

Viktor doesn't take his eyes off of Kalie's for a very long moment. When she asks her question about Sophia he merely nods slowly. His face is steel and his eyes are filled with pain. "I don't know what that this was but it was no mere threat Kalie. If Cicero and Simon have truly fallen then that leaves only those of us associated with the order." He sat JTM on the floor gently as if placing a child into a bed while it was still asleep.

He rose and bore his gaze into Kalie's. He was obviously trying to calm his anger. He decided it was time for him to speak frankly. [Latin] "Sophia is doing what she does best. I will try to find a cow for the young one." He paused a long moment before putting an armored hand on her shoulder and continued. "Sophia and I will help you with the young one, the injured and we will always stand behind you comrade. You know that yes?" [/latin] He turned his head away slightly still trying to calm his anger.

<Latin> "I appreciate the support now more than ever. With the fall of Cicero it falls to me to take up the duties that are now void. I also must gather what remains of the Primogen to see to immediate matters within the city. Much needs to be done in a short amount of time."

"I will take our young friend as he is my responsiblity. If you and Sophia can give your assistance in the clean up process you will bring further honor to our family. We must lead in all areas."

Kalie puts a hand on the shoulder of her brother. "Brother, there will be time later to remember the fallen and to deal with what has ocured here tonight. For now we much put it behind us to take care of matters."
