Know your surroundings (att: any Gangrel)

After a restful day of sleep, Mackenzie wakes up and stretches. The moon is glistening through the trees and illuminating the landscape. The tall grasses hold great potential for hunting or being hunted.She completes a few more stretches and decides to walk around the grasses rather than through them. She is examining the landscape as she walks as if memorizing the terrain.

Corin goes out for a walk, enjoying the night air. She looks around and see's the other woman walking around. She stops and watches her for a while, waiting to see if she gets noticed.

Mackenzie seems intent on observing the terrain as she walks along. Her clothing consists of blue jeans, a plain dark gray sweatshirt, and dirty white tennis shoes. Her brown hair touches her shoulders. She pauses at a point where the grass dips down into another clearing. Mackenzie stares at the sky, as if marking the clearing by the set of the moon and stars. After turning a full circle, she scans her surroundings.

Noticing the woman a distance away, Mackenzie waves a hand. "Hello. Nice night for a walk."

Corin nods to the woman, and slowly moves forward. She is wearing torn jeans, black boots, a fishnet shirt, with a black t-shirt over it. Her Irish accent is very noticeable.

"It is a nice night for a walk."

She observes the woman a bit more, making sure that she is talking to someone who is also kindred.

Mackenzie watches for the woman to continue approaching. She smiles, but the smile does not reach her eyes. "Do you know Kendov?"

She smiles

"Yes, I know Kendov."

Looking around to make sure no mortal ears are present she speaks more

"He is my primogen, and I am guessing he's yours too."

Mackenzie smiles, this time the mirth reaching her eyes. "Yes, he is. And until I meet the Prince I am wandering the Park. It's always best to know your surroundings."

Mackenzie stares up at the sky and then back to the woman. "I'm sorry. My name is Mackenzie. And you would be?"

"I am Corin. It is nice to meet another of the clan."

She moves a little closer, but not so close that Mackenzie feels threatened.

"Beautiful night."

Mackenzie takes note of the way Corin moves. She appears relaxed and comfortable with the space between them. "Yeah, nice to talk to someone beside Kendov. He's very nice, but..." She trails off. "It is a beautiful night." Her voice sounds hollow. "How long have you been changed?"
