Nathen Stryd, on a recon assignment of his own creation, hears the call and decides to look into it.
He dashes through the trees, so quickly and quietly, few people would guess he is in his homid form, which is that of a 6'0 man with pale skin and short brown hair.
He comes out of the trees behind the woman, trying to see if she'll sense him, he had no scent so that wouldn't help her.
"hello" he will say, and when she turns around, she will see he is dressed in a military forest camo uniform.

She turns" Um, hi. I'm supposed to report to the camp that is around here."

"I believe the procedure is to wait here on the edge to be checked and/or cleased." he shrugs, "though I could be wrong"

A non-descript grey wolf from the warder pack comes to the edge of the bawn and introduces himself. He then checks to make sure you are garou, and that you are not tainted. If you need cleansing, he will perform the rite. After all this, he takes you to meet the alpha of the sept, an athro lupus ahroun Shadow Lord named Thunder's Tempest. The alpha will look at you and smell you until she feels she has sufficiently committed your identity to memory.

"This is my territory, I am Alpha. As long as you follow the Litany, you are welcome here."

Then the warder will walk you back to the Ranger Station, where you will be given a list of tasks to which you can contribute for the sept, with the expectation you will choose what fits your skills. You are then released to join your new septmates.
