Thread: A chat (attn: Joe H and Nikki) 3/9/10

Nikki is sitting on one of the beds in the cabin, looking very thoughtful. She smiles when she sees Shawn. "Hey, thanks again for letting me crash here."

"Not a prob. We gotta watch out for each other."

Nikki nods. "I like that. Look out for each other...like a pack, right?"

"Absolutely something like that."

Hey what is up? How are you both doing?

"Well, I'm doing good. Thanks for asking. How about yourself?"

"Well, you're new around here, so I don't know if anyone has said anything to you about packs, but Nikki and I were thinking of forming one, and you'd be welcome to join in if you want, Joe." Shawn looks to Nikki.

Well I would like to join your pack. What do I need to do?

Nikki nods at Shawn and then smiles broadly at Joe's reaction. She is sitting crosslegged on one of the beds in the cabin. "I'm great. I'm glad we didn't scare you off. I'm sorry that I didn't get to stay with you to explain anything further."

She stands up and walks over to Joe. "Did the others treat you okay?" Her green eyes soften in concern as she studies Joe's expression.

Joe shakes his head. Everyone was good to me. Windwalker is going to train me in the ways of being an Ahroun. He is also a Wendigo so that helps. Only one teacher. I did come up with a hops idea, they were talking about finding fuel for the forge they want to build. I said why not put a fire spirit in there? My great grandfather wa always talking about the spirits of the land. They did seem to like that idea.
