Father Colburn approaches and smiles at Maharet. He says nothing, not wanting to interupt her but is present if she needs something.

Mahert finishes the prayer looks up and sees Father Colburn after crossing herself say "father Colburn "offers her hand to the priest.

"Yes my child? How can I help you?" He takes her hand and smiles fondly at her.

"i am trying to understand why humanity as a whole can not learn to agree that all life is sacrad and why must so many be lost to war and greed Father and i`m trying to understand the reasonings behind it "

Father Colburn sighs and sits down beside Maharet. "These a difficult questions with no easy answers. Perhaps if you were willing to speak about how these things have recently effected your life we might come to some resolution that brings a measure of peace?"

let not your heart be troubled for the pain of loss but a fact of life death comes for us all
it does not destingist color of skin or creed or race or religon it comes for all of us at the appropcate time
it`s we the living that must bare the burdon of that knowlage
but rest asured in our faith we will carry it though
never doubt you have the inner strenth to bare the weight
god is looking after all his childern not one more then the other
it is the legcay we leave when our time comes
god has carried us this far he will carry us all the way if we ask him

maharet sits reading the letter she finds little solance in it only a glimmer of hope remains her feeling of sadness has made her sick at heart she can`t yet come to terms with the horrors she `s seen the bodies the angoy of each death engraved in her mind the twisted faces of the dying when they relized thier demise thier final moments saturate her waking minets as well as her nights seeing and living each stab, slice ,burn, rippingof flesh and hearing the screams of the dying echoing still in her head she can only hope what was done was enough but know all to well it has only began the worse is yet to come ,she gets up slowly walks to the front of the catherdal falls on her knees and posterates her self in front of the cross let thy will be done if it`s to be that i am the sacrifice to the sacrifice then i acept my lot in the great plan you design but i ask you give me the strenth to do what is needed . and gets up and walks back crosses herself and leaves the catherdal .and waits outside for boone.

A limo is sitting outside the church as Maha exits. The window rolls down in the back. Boone says, "Such an odd place to meet, madame."
