Thread: Silent and Empty Opera House (attn JD)

JD enters the front doors, walking slowly, seeming preoccupied. His boots echo on the marble floors of the foyer as he moves, his long grey jacket rustling quietly as he scans the area, moving deliberately to the main entry of the grand performance hall, thinking about caution in light of what he was here to discuss... Joseph Hearthing, Malcolm... new information. Caution was definitly in order.

Throwing the doors to the performance hall, he walks forward until Pius is visible in his balcony seat and looks to him. "Shall I join you up there?"

((Auspex-Prediction is up before he enters as well as he's scanning for anything hidden with his full Auspex. Infernalists make a body paranoid. ))

As the doors open Pius stands at attention, as it is JD that walks into the room he relaxes and nods. "Yes, come on up JD."

JD nods solumnly and walks towards the stairs, soon emerging in the box with Pius. He pulls the ever-present couriers' tube from his back and leans it against a chair he'll likely occupy. Having dispensed with that, he reaches out a leather-clad hand to shake Pius'. "Forgive me my caution- when this calibre and type of foe is about and we undertake to meet and speak of them, my tendancy is to keep the Sight active and vigilant."

Pius nods, "I understand JD. Please sit."

"We have been able to determine that Malcolm and Joseph are still traveling together. They are both in Tulsa, OK. They have been traveling about using the Shadowlands and it has been hard to track them for long periods of time. It does seem that Malcolm has been tryign to recover from the combat with Eric. He has been staying at <insert location and address>. I thought that maybe you would be interested in that infromation."

Looks to JD

JD sits and listens to Pius then nods as he digests the information. He purses his lips and scratches his chin, the stubble making slight scraping noises as he considers. "Any word on Nuriel?"

He shakes his head, "No, we don't have a way of tracking him. We have no personal intercation or personal items of his. Should we have something like that then we would be able to attempt to locate him."

Looks to JD, "I must admit that although I have been chasing the Baali for sometime, I have very little knowledge about them. Demons and the Infernal, I understand enough to combat them and that is good enough for me, but the Baali. I don't even know what abilities and powers they hold."

JD nods and listens to his explaination about Nuriel and nods more and smirks when Pius speaks of his lack of knowledge about the Baali. He holds up a finger and says simply "That I can teach you, I know much of their Lore. Nuriel I can find at any time by looking in on him through a power of Auspex called Clairvoyance since we fought, but I have not done so yet lest he have some warning. Frankly I was waiting until the city caught its breath and could coordinate and field a strike team. Usually there is no way to detect scrying with that power, but with the Infernal, one never knows..." he trails off in thought, still scratching at his stubble with one finger.

Pius nods, "I agree that charging off now is not the best idea. I know that you have been hunting these creatures along then I. I would like to join any strike team that would be tracking the infernal should you find any and would be interested in taking me along. I am a quick study and learner."

JD smiles "Of that I have no doubt... and after Brazil and our recent conversations, you'd be more than welcome. Tell me, do you know how well guarded they are? How many others are about or just where they are? Perhaps how they are moving through these Shadowlands, as you say? I've not met either of those two so I cannot use Clairvoyance on them..."
