Otto calls <insert above name here>, after the initial greeting and confirmation of who he is talking to he adds "I'm planning to call a meeting in around two weeks unless you feel one needs to be made sooner. I'll let you know the location and exact time when it is firmed up. Let me know if anything comes up that may interfere with the meeting or cause us to need to make it sooner."

Ash calls Otto back this evening. "I believe we need to meet sooner. I have some information to pass on to the heads of the families as to what were are looking for with the eagle. Lazarus wished for me to let pass this information on."
